No Other Gospel

In Galatians 1, Paul opens with greetings, expressing astonishment that the Galatians are turning to a different gospel. He pronounces a curse on anyone, even angels, who preach a gospel contrary to the one they received. He recounts his own past, describing how zealous he was for the traditions of his ancestors and how he persecuted the church, but God had set him apart from birth and called him to preach to the Gentiles.
