The second volume of a grand reprint set, one piece the best vol. 2 is put together in nearly the same manner as the first major one piece reprint set. It doesn't grant another chance for lots of different manga rares but it does include gold holofoil dons. It also includes a lot more original cards making it more than just a reprint set.
