🤦‍♂️They Tried to Evict — But They’ll Lose! Here’s Why!

This one’s almost comical — but also a great teaching moment.

Today, I found out the homeowner filed to evict a tenant… except there’s one big problem: the lease agreement isn’t with the homeowner — it’s with us, the property management firm. 😬

👉 Because of that, they can’t legally evict anyone. They haven’t done the required backup work, notices, or documentation that supports an eviction filing. In short: they’ll lose in court, and the process will only delay everything further.

💡 Property management exists for a reason. We’re here to handle the legal compliance, due process, and documentation that protect both the homeowner and the tenant. When owners skip the system, it backfires — fast.

It’s a little funny, but it’s also a reminder: stay in your lane, trust your management team, and follow procedure. Otherwise, you’ll waste time, money, and credibility in front of the magistrate.
