↪ Night 17: Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man
Frankenstein Meets the Wolf man is our first crossover in the series! YAY!!!The movie is effectively a sequel to both The Ghost of Frankenstein AND The Wolf Man, beginning with the rewriting of the rules of werewolfism, as we find Larry the wolf man still alive in his coffin covered in wolfsbane. Now it’s the full moon that’s responsible for his transformation, and silver is no longer lethal because nothing is lethal because he’s immortal I guess even though his father beat him to death with a silver cane but now he’s still alive. Does that mean that Bela Lugosi’s werewolf is still alive? Who cares, BRING IN FRANKY! That’s right, the wolf man finds the body of everybody’s favorite walking amalgamated corpse, Frankenstein’s Monster! Together they scheme on how they can finally die because immortality sucks. A fantastic theme! Fantastically wasted!! Because for some reason the doctor that is supposed to help them die randomly wants to do the opposite, so that Franky and Larry can have a fight scene motivated by nothing at all! They were buddies the whole movie but I guess we need something exciting to happen as a climax so let’s get punchin! But wait! Things get even more exciting when a villager blows up the dam just above Frankenstein’s laboratory, flooding their fight scene, and then they die (even though they're immortal)...
