H. M. Wood, sworn for the Defendant.

I am the Clerk of the Commissioners of Roads and Revenues of Fulton County. Standing in the back kitchen door of the Selig residence, that enters on the back porch and undertaking to look into the dining room, I could not see the mirror in the corner of the dining room at all. Moving up into the kitchen, near the passageway, I could see nothing but top of one chair by looking in the mirror.

CROSS EXAMINATION.

The view that I could get of the mirror would depend upon where I stood in the kitchen. I can only speak from the conditions that existed as I saw them as to the arrangement of furniture.
