Subjects Discussed:
1 - The ego answer first and loudest, when this is happening, stop that line of thinking, align with love and be love.
2 - This world, the ego's world is not your true Home.
3 - The ego's programmed responses are not your true responses no matter what the ego tells you. You are here to response with love/light.
4 - When you use the ego's tools you are denying your true home.
5 - Your job is to be a reflection of love in each moment and interaction.
6 - The ego tries to occupy your time with its distractions so that you do not have time to questions its tools and mindset.
7 - If you get involved in the ego stories/fairy tales you make them seem real. If you stop investing in them, they fold away.
8 - The ego energies and emotions are symbols of your tears.
9 - Don't seek for hope where no hope resides(the ego's world)
10 - You are alien to this world. Your true home is Heaven. You are here to remind others of Heaven.
11 - Do not fight the ego for that is what it wants, it makes it stronger, instead deny the ego, overlook it, forgive it.
12 - Do not judge your journey or those in it for they are just offering us the opportunities to practice choosing the tools of love over the tools of fear.
13 - Your body is the home/temple of the Holy Spirit. And so in essence God lives within you.
14 - In my defenselessness my safety lies - when you see illusions as illusions you no longer need to defend yourself against them.
15 - How do you return to the Holy Instant? You forgive the past, you place the future In God's hands and thus can now return to the moment, the Holy Instant.
16 - If God is within you then you can never be alone.
17 - By being your true light you help guide others back into alignment with the truth in them.
18 - All the ego's thoughts and thinking are alien to the truth in you.
19 - Remind others, through your example, that you can find heaven even here.
20 - When you are able to recognize illusions as illusions you will no longer need to defend yourself against them.
21 - Do not despair, having co-design your journey with the Divine, you will accomplished what you have come here to do.
22 - Be still, ask God what to think, say and do, then think, say and do only that. In doing so you allow God to flow through you into the world.
23 - Practice being grateful for each moment and interaction and the people in it, for they are just offering you an opportunity to be a light in the world and thus reinforce only the truth in you as true.
24 - In your prayer sessions learn to also listen. If you pray for 5 minutes also listen for 5 minutes.
25 - Learn to watch your eyes and ears - for the negative spirits will use them/your dark memories against you.
26 - Practice aligning with God/love and this world will have no effect on you.
27 - When the ego demands you judge, but you instead forgive, you choose God over the ego and thus peace over pain.
28 - Practice non-judgment, this leads you on the path to peace.
29 - Who God created you is who who have always been, are now, and will always be.
30 - How do you reinforce the love in you? Being all One, it is by seeing others as only love.
31 - Your cup runeth over, what you have in your cup will sooner or later overflow to others.
32 - The ego's tools are just false idols.
33 - See only the truth in others as true and you will reinforce your truth. Practice seeing others as innocent and you will be acknowledging your innosense.
34 - The ego's tools are only useful until you realize their uselessness.

Lesson 182. I will be still an instant and go home.

1. This world you seem to live in is not home to you...

2. No one but knows whereof we speak...

3. We speak today for everyone who walks this world, for he is not at home...

4. Perhaps you think it is your childhood home that you would find again...

5. It is this Child in you your Father knows as His Own Son...

6. This Child needs your protection...

7. This Child is your defenselessness; your strength...

8. When you are still an instant, when the world recedes from you, when valueless ideas cease to have value in your restless mind, then will you hear His Voice...

9. Rest with Him frequently today...

10. Christ is reborn as but a little Child each time a wanderer would leave his home...

11. Take time today to lay aside your shield which profits nothing, and lay down the spear and sword you raised against an enemy without existence.

12. You have not lost your innocence...
