Wellness Wednesday with Robin Youngson - Somatic Compassion

For Wellness Wednesday on 15 October, we welcomed Dr Robin Youngson to talk to us about Somatic Compassion.

Somatic Compassion: The Science of Healing is a short documentary produced by Kiwis For Good in collaboration with Dr Robin Youngson, an anaesthetist, trauma specialist, and international pioneer in compassionate, body-based healing.

Dr Robin writes, "This [Somatic Compassion] is the most remarkable discovery of my whole medical career - the extraordinary capacity ordinary people have to heal trauma in minutes with the help of just one other caring person.
