Here we go again! LA County wants to declare a state of emergency in response to ICE raids — which could open the door for another eviction moratorium. Remember what happened during the “scamdemic”? ❌ Over 3 YEARS with no evictions. 💸 Thousands of landlords lost everything while tenants stopped paying. 🏛️ The state even had first right of refusal, blocking owners from selling to private buyers. Now they’re using immigration raids as the excuse to roll out the same playbook. This isn’t protection — it’s a property power-grab dressed up as compassion. If the government can decide who lives where and when you can collect rent… that’s not freedom. That’s Communism 101.
