How to Choose a Helmet

Hi, I'm Dasha, and today I'll tell you how to choose a racing helmet. I have two helmets: one is more professional and expensive, and the other is for practice, more amateur-friendly. If you drive a BMW M3 like I do, you might want to invest in a good helmet, since we're all about speed! But just in case, I always keep my second helmet for practice — it's less painful if I accidentally scratch it… although, usually, it's not the helmet that gets scratched, but the side mirrors of the BMW!
