The Rant -Politically Ignorant?

Modern life is filled with distractions and distractions, making it easy to ignore politics. However, this willful ignorance can lead to a fragile foundation. People who choose to disengage from politics are the ones most susceptible to its machinations. They are passive recipients of decisions made by others, and those who understand the rules and power levers will inevitably shape the landscape for those who don't. Politicians, activists, lobbyists, and strategists are the architects of our societies, and those who remain oblivious cede their voice. This is not about malicious intent, but a consequence of inaction. The people who understand politics become the navigators of the ship of state, steering it towards their desired horizons. The willfully ignorant may believe they are above the fray, preserving their energy for personal pursuits. However, their lack of engagement doesn't negate the existence of political forces and ensures that they operate without their informed consent or input. In a Constitutional Republic, a lack of understanding and participation can signify a declaration of neutrality and an unspoken agreement to be ruled.
