▫️Boiled beef - 300 g;
▫️Tomatoes - 2;
▫️Bell peppers - 2 (yellow and red);
▫️fresh cucumber - 1-2 pcs;
▫️blue onion - 1/2 pc;
▫️canned peas - 1 can;
▫️salt, pepper - to taste;
▫️garlic - 2 cloves;
▫️oil - 100 ml;
▫️soy sauce - 2 tbsp;
▫️parsley.

Boil the beef until tender, cut into strips;
Cut the cucumber, pepper, and tomato into strips as well (without excess moisture). Put everything in a salad bowl, add the peas. Crush the garlic. Pour heated oil over the garlic (this will bring out the aroma and flavor better), add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chopped greens, and mix. Bon appetit.❤️
