What does The Sharia say about The Kafir? A Kafir is anyone who isn't a muslim. This word is usually white washed to a more politically correct term like "the non-believer" however this word is logically and emotionally neutral, whereas, Kafir is the most abusive, prejudiced and hateful word in any language.
