Pakistan’s security forces conducted multiple intelligence-based operations

From 13 to 15 October 2025, Pakistan’s security forces conducted multiple intelligence-based operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, killing 34 terrorists linked to cross-border networks.

According to ISPR, the first major operation took place in Spinwam, North Waziristan, where 18 terrorists were eliminated after an intense exchange of fire. In a second operation in South Waziristan, eight more terrorists were killed, followed by another eight neutralized in Bannu District.

Security forces also recovered weapons, ammunition, and communication equipment from the militants’ hideouts. Sanitization operations are ongoing to clear the area of any remaining threats.

The military spokesperson said these actions are part of Operation “Azm-e-Istehkam”, launched under the National Action Plan, aimed at eradicating terrorism and ensuring lasting peace. ISPR reaffirmed that Pakistan’s security forces remain resolute in their mission to eliminate all terrorist elements and restore complete stability in the region.
