True servant leaders have many good qualities. Among them are: being accountable for their actions, being good listeners, being trustworthy, having humility, being self-aware, empathetic, having vision, and inspiring vision in others. Leadership is bestowed on a person who, by nature, is a true servant. People love to follow leaders who have a servants heart. We will look more deeply into this topic as well as some of the Biblical passages about serving others.
