Back in the day, Fatman's loyal English Bulldog sidekick Max stole hearts (and episodes!) as the ultimate scene-stealer. Fun fact: one of the Maxes on set was the grandpappy to my late fur-buddy Gunny, the wrinkly wonder who ruled my Mississippi childhood (RIP, Gunny—you were the best). Catching those bulldog cameos as a kid turned me into a lifelong English Bulldog devotee, so keep an eye out for Gunny's pop-up "watching" moments in the corner—pure nostalgia fuel!
