Dear poor little deer. What do you think is it's problem? Please Like, Share and comment

When I first saw this, I initially thought that this was some kind of dwarf deer, meaning a birth defect or some problem with it never developing legs that were long enough in the front. Then I looked closer. Do you see what I see? I now think the poor little guy just broke its legs when it was smaller and living in the wild, it continued on, just learning to walk and hop on its broken front legs. It seems as though it's painful when it walks on the road, but when it gets to the soft grass, it is able to hop and jump at a pretty good pace, as if it is not hurting as much now that it is on the soft ground. Watch again and please leave your thoughts in the comments. Also please like and share this video, who knows maybe someone will recognize the area or the deer and get it some help. Even prosthetics might help this little guy since it seems as though it is pretty tough, and it has a drive that other injured deer like this might not make it so long. Again, please share your thoughts after watching it a few times, does it look like a birth defect or do you think like I do now that its jutt 2 broken front legs that maybe we could find and help.
