Technique of the Week- Mobility Monday: Trapezius Stretche

Many people workout and do strength and cardio training. However, I’ve noticed that many people either forgo mobility and flexibility or do very little of it. These components are essential, especially as we age. In the following weeks, we’ll be posting a mobility or flexibility movement every Monday. Enjoy!

How many of us have pulled the muscles in the trapezius? This neck/trap pain has been experienced by virtually everyone at some point in their lives. I have found this stretch to significantly reduce trapezius pain.
