Traction alopecia,often from long‑term tension (braids/locs), can be reversible early, but advanced cases may need surgery.

In this case, we advanced and refined a feminine hairline using 2.1k grafts from the occipital donor, keeping the design irregular and slightly asymmetric for realism.

Harvesting kinky/C‑shaped follicles requires added skill to protect grafts and reduce transection. Previous smaller sessions showed good growth; today’s larger pass further closes the frontal/temporal gaps. Individual outcomes vary.
