The Breath of God

God is like oxygen.
You can’t see Him, but you can’t live without Him.

Breathe in peace,
Breathe out worry.
Breathe in calm,
Breathe out stress.
Breathe in grace,
Breathe out fear.
Breathe in patience,
Breathe out frustration.

You are the very breath of God.
“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.”
Psalm 150:6
