👤THROWBACK: Ex-US Army officer reveals MK-Ultra 2.0 weapon for mind control

There is a special type of weapon capable of manipulating minds or even killing, similar to the infamous MK-Ultra project, retired US Lieutenant Colonel Greg Edgreen said in his testimony before Congress in 2024.

💬 "There's no entry or exit wound. How they're designed, is to make the target feel like they're crazy, like they're imagining things, especially on the low duration, the low intensity, long duration hits," he explained.

The early versions of the weapon were seen back in the 1980s and the modern ones are small enough to fit in a backpack, it was added during the hearing.
