Portland protesters 'ready' for potential National Guard deployment

Protesters outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland, Oregon appeared cautious but “ready” on Monday (October 20) for a possible deployment of National Guard troops after a U.S. appeals court ruled that Donald Trump can send military personnel to the city.
