“The First Passover and the Deliverance from Egypt” exode 12:1-51. #shortvideo #shorts #youtubeshort In this chapter, God gives Moses and Aaron the instructions for the first Passover before the final plague on Egypt. Each Israelite family was to choose a perfect lamb, sacrifice it, and put its blood on the doorposts of their homes. The blood would be a sign for God to “pass over” their houses when He struck down the firstborn of Egypt.

The people were to eat the roasted lamb with bitter herbs and unleavened bread, ready to leave Egypt in haste. That night, God brought judgment upon Egypt, killing all the firstborn, and Pharaoh finally released the Israelites.
