Given all that we have observed in recent years with federal judicial tyranny and incompetence, we badly need judicial reform and accountability. That is why I founded Judicial Watch, and also founded and now run Freedom Watch since 1994. But the situation is much worse today than it was years ago. We have a federal judicial and legal system that has broken away from We the People. It mostly feathers its own nest, granting absolute immunity to itself so federal judges cannot be held accountable to the rule of law.
