I caught them multiple times taking videos from leftist “protestors” to launch investigations into DHS agents who use pepper spray on rioters

While Portland Police allow Antifa terrorists who attempt to blind DHS agents to hide behind them, they’re also trying to undermine DHS’ ability to defend themselves.
