Breaking Laws to Fight the Devil - At What Cost? (SNSY)

What might be the bigger reason why Pam Bondi (supposedly with the implicit support of Donald Trump) is working so hard to destroy Missouri’s attempt to assert states rights under federalism? Why is the excuse that the Trump Administration HAS to throw out the last remaining vestiges of states rights to carry out the immigration policy such an extremely dangerous argument to make?
