Find Peace in this Now Moment with What is

When we don’t resist life - the feelings, the experiences, the events - but instead allow ourselves to feel it all with love and self-compassion - with no resistance to what is - then we can find true peace. To live life in the flow. To stay in our hearts. To trust what our soul has planned. And even more so, to have gratitude for it all! Because it’s a temporary experience you came to have. A journey of challenge, growth and love.

We were so lost in fear and material conquests, ‘success’, or finding someone to love us, that we were missing it all. Life is now. Life is perfect. Life is beautiful in all the messiness and beauty. Cherish it all. See the truth of it with observation and awareness. Know that everything has a purpose and you will be shown what it is - it is all a valuable gift whether you realize it or not.

Love yourself more, sweet souls! We are finding peace in the releasing of our pain - the old fear and resistance to life. We are allowing it all to be, and loving ourselves and everyone else unconditionally, with kindness and compassion. Because while we don’t remember choosing our path, we all did for a reason. See every brave soul who is navigating this world. It’s actually all pretty amazing, and we have to find the appreciation for all of it - as we follow our hearts and intuitive nudges. We are all here to love and support each other, too, so see the beauty in those moments of giving and receiving with grace. We are one. It is all love in truth. Everything will change when we can stop blaming, gripping, fearing, hating, making up stories or resisting and just love ourselves and each other. Trust the lessons and move forward. See that it’s all a mirror of what still needs more love, faith and compassion inside you. Trust your own journey and always look within to see where adjustments are needed. See the reflection of your heart and new beliefs in your life as you make changes.
