We Do Not Grieve As Those Without Hope | 10-19-2025

Good morning y'all!

This morning, we’ll gather as a church family to grieve, remember, and begin to heal together. The passing of our dear sister in Christ, "Miss Ann" Rhodes, has left a space in our hearts, but not an absence of hope.

In this message, Pastor James will help us look to God’s Word in 1 Thessalonians 4:13–18 and be reminded that while we do mourn, we do not mourn as those who have no hope. Because Jesus conquered death, we have the promise of eternal life and reunion with those who have gone before us in Christ.

This service will be a time of reflection, comfort, and encouragement; a reminder that our faith in Christ turns even the darkest valleys into roads that lead toward light. Together, we’ll discover how to live out that hope daily, love each other more deeply, and continue the legacy of faith that Miss Ann so beautifully modeled.
