This is “speed milking” foam

Sometimes we have an enormous amount of foam leftover after filtering our milk. I read that this is caused by milking fast and straight down - and maybe if we tilt the jar and slow down a bit, we’d have less air in the milk. But I’m tellin’ ya folks, my 5-year old daughter is the fastest milker this side of Heaven and I doubt we slow down anytime soon!
