Ozee?

(PAN Part 21) Ozee seems to have calmed himself a little in his old age, perhaps with the stress of that hydrogen bomb going off being dismantled by Esteban during the War of Oaxaca (not that Pete would have any knowledge of that). Maybe this partnership could work? Don't get me wrong, I'm still going to keep Ozee out in front of me, you understand.
