Taiwan's Frontline Dadan Island reopens for cultural tourism

Taiwan's government wants to show a different side to Dadan island, known for its isolation and about 2.5 miles from China's Xiamen, and let in tourists, albeit on tightly controlled tours and generally only for citizens.
