तस्मादेवं विदित्वैनं नानुशोचितुमर्हसि॥

The soul is unmanifested, inconceivable, and unchangeable.
Therefore, O Arjuna, knowing this, you should not grieve.

यह आत्मा अव्यक्त है – जिसे देखा नहीं जा सकता,
अचिंत्य है – जिसे बुद्धि से पूरी तरह समझा नहीं जा सकता,
और अपरिवर्तनीय है – जो सदा एक-सी रहती है।
इसलिए मृत्यु या परिवर्तन पर शोक करने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है।
