Spotlight: Holding Israel to account

The International Court of Justice has ruled that the Israeli regime must not use starvation as a method of warfare and must ensure delivery of essential aid to Gaza.

In a statement at The Hague, ICJ President Yuji Iwasawa emphasized the regime's obligation to guarantee the basic survival needs of the civilian population in Gaza as part of its responsibilities as an occupying power.
