Psalm 66:10 New King James Version
10 For You, O God, have tested us; You have refined us as silver is refined.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA DEAR ONES!!!
I know this is gonna sound really strange guys, but when I read this passage of scripture out of proverbs, there's some things that come to my mind that are rather triggering to what I was put through in the independent fundamental Baptist Church, in particular with a sermon that was done by a now convicted sex offender, entitled “polished shaft”, that I beg everyone not to watch, because it's vulgar. I'm also reminded of various instances in my life where I have been tried, refined, twisted, molded, broken, and so many other things to produce a beautiful work of art for the Lord, it's not funny, and I have to ask God to not only give me strength to endure whatever trials I'm going through right now with humility, but to not be somebody's punching bag. To allow God to refine me and shape me into who He wants me to be, but not be a doormat, to not let it mean weakness.

Something about this passage of scripture, something about especially this verse above, really challenged my heart, and as such guys, tonight, I'd like to share some things from God's word on what it means to allow God to sharpen, mold, shape, test, refine, and make us into who He wants us to be. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn what it means to be tested, refined, and sharpened by God! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these questions from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you not only think about them but allow God to speak to you through them.

What lessons can you learn from difficult situations you’re facing?

How might God be refining and shaping you to be more like His Son, Jesus?

I want to challenge you guys to really ask yourself what it is God wants you to know, what lessons He has for you within whatever situation you are going through, and ask him to not only give you that humble heart as you face it, but to not be a spiritual doormat or punching bag for others with whatever He's about to teach you. Don't just ask God for strength to endure the trials but ask Him to help you face them head on in the strength that you have been given by Him. Above all, I pray that you're not afraid to share the struggles that you're going through with others, because there are lots of believers out there who have not only been through what you're going through, but are willing to pray for you, and give you the encouragement you need as you're facing whatever it is you're facing.

UNTIL FRIDAY:

HAVE A TRULY TRANQUIL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
