WSJ reports POTUS lifts key restriction on Ukraine’s use of UK-made Storm Shadow missiles on Russia

VIDEO SYNTHESIS / The international press is reporting that POTUS has responded to the collapse in US-Russia talks by raising further sanctions on Russian oil.

I actually think the more important development — which is oddly garnering far less attention — is the news that POTUS has given Zelensky permission (and US-supplied targeting data) to strike a munitions plant deep inside Russian territory.

Former president Dmitry Medvedev says the US has declared war on Russia, and that Russia has the right to respond accordingly.
