Slowly making sense of this myself, I think his take is fairly accurate. But he's completely wrong about it starting with Maduro, it started with Chavez, Maduro was his number 2. Globalists built a huge oil business in VN that Chavez took back by taxing them >50%, & later increased it even more. At the same time that he did that, he began speaking out against Israel, US & Bush. They tried to coup him in 2002.
