"When I listen to people talk about Venezuela, they sound as though they're ready to climb into their Viking boats... to steal everything they want without regard for the population. Because all they talk about is Venezuela's oil and gas, etc."

Col. Doug Macgregor noted that there's not nearly as much conversation on the Hill and inside the Beltway about Venezuela's alleged role in drug trafficking, "because, frankly, it's very small."
