Ingredients
4 slices sourdough bread
2–3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove fresh garlic, peeled
2 balls burrata cheese, drained
2–3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil leaves
Kosher salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
Balsamic glaze, for finishing

Directions
1. Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium-low heat.

2. Drizzle olive oil onto the griddle and place the bread slices down.

3. Add burrata to one slice, breaking it open and spreading gently so it begins to melt.

4. Layer with sliced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and add fresh basil leaves.

5. Top with the second slice of bread, press gently with a panini press, and cook until the outside is golden and the cheese is melted.

6. Rub the toasted bread with the garlic clove, slice in half, and drizzle generously with balsamic glaze before serving.
