Recipe
* 1.5 oz (45 ml) blanco tequila
* 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
* 0.75 oz (22 ml) simple syrup (1:1)
* 0.5 oz (15 ml) dry red wine (Malbec/Garnacha/Tempranillo), chilled

Method: Shake tequila, lime, and syrup with ice; strain into a coupe (or over a big cube). Float the red wine slowly over the back of a spoon. Garnish a lime wheel (optional half-rim of black lava salt).
