Description
I recently got my hands on the Aurzen D1R Projector, and I’ve got to say — this little projector surprised me in a good way. Setup was totally plug-and-play: I plugged it in, connected to WiFi, signed into Roku, and I was watching a show in under five minutes. No external streaming stick needed — Roku OS is built right in, so you can access Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, YouTube, and more right out of the box.

🎬 My Setup & Experience

I set it up about 8 feet from my screen in a dimly lit room — the autofocus locked in instantly, and auto keystone correction straightened the image perfectly. Streaming was smooth and fast, and I didn’t need to attach any extra device.
The Roku mobile app is a game-changer — I used my phone as a remote control, typing in search terms and adjusting volume directly from my screen (so much easier than the tiny remote). The projector was quiet, responsive, and great for movies and YouTube in low light.

💡 Things to Know

At 200 ANSI lumens, you’ll get the best results in a darkened room. In daylight, the image will look faded.

Native 1080p resolution provides good clarity for movies and streaming apps.

The sealed optical engine keeps dust out and reduces maintenance.

The built-in Roku OS is a huge plus — no need for a Fire Stick or Chromecast.

For bigger sound, you can pair Bluetooth speakers or a soundbar.
