COMPANIES NEED TO TRAIN THEIR MANAGERS

GM has layed off 200 workers on its Warren Michigan Tech Center just north of Detroit.
Employees were told that the layoffs were for “business conditions” and not due to performance. They were fired at 7 am over slack.
This is despite the fact that GM posted better than average earnings from third quarter.
They are still making far below average vehicles that tend to generally be too expensive to fix after about 150,000 miles.
