Damascus Under Fire (also known as Be Vaghte Sham) Iranian action-war film about two Iranian pilots on a special mission in Syria. They must rescue civilians trapped in a city besieged by terrorists but face a hijacking and other challenges during the flight. The film is directed by Ebrahim Hatamikia and stars Babak Hamidian and Hadi Hejazifar.
Plot Summary - The story follows an Iranian pilot and his son who are tasked with flying humanitarian aid to a Syrian city surrounded by ISIS. After a tense rescue mission, they are forced to fly civilians and ISIS prisoners to safety, but the prisoners hijack the plane. The movie focuses on the pilots' attempts to avert a larger catastrophe, with scenes depicting the harsh realities of the Syrian civil war.
