Chapter 3 - Claws of the Horde (Part 2):

Sebastian defeats the towering Butcher and claims his chainsaw, using it to cut through the barricade blocking their escape. With the way cleared, he and Dr. Jimenez flee the overrun village, leaving the burning chaos and relentless Haunted behind as they push deeper into Ruvik’s nightmare and continue the search for Leslie.

Chapter 4 - The Patient:

Sebastian and Dr. Marcelo Jimenez arrive at the hospice run by Jimenez’s brother, Valerio, searching for Leslie Withers, only to learn Leslie had once been treated there before being transferred to Beacon. After being attacked by a deranged Valerio and discovering Leslie hiding in the hospice studio, Ruvik appears and separates Sebastian from the others, dragging him through a tide of blood into a nightmarish disposal chamber. Battling Haunted and narrowly escaping the terrifying Laura, Sebastian is pursued through Ruvik’s shifting realm until the catwalk beneath him collapses, sending him plunging into darkness.

Chapter 5 - Inner Recesses:

Surviving the fall, Sebastian awakens in a deserted hospital patrolled by Invisible Haunted, where an apparition of Ruvik forces him into a deadly three-room puzzle before he finds an unconscious Joseph Oda and revives him. After Joseph suffers a disturbing mutation episode, the pair discover Juli Kidman trapped in a flooding tank and fight through waves of Haunted so Sebastian can reach the controls, though the group is separated again when the floor collapses. Dragged into a tunnel and confronted once more by Laura, Sebastian defeats her and stumbles into Ruvik’s STEM lab, witnessing memories of Leslie’s role as a test subject before being overwhelmed by powerful Haunted and knocked unconscious as the system overloads.
