From Master Roshi in Dragon Ball to Jiraiya in Naruto, these wise-yet-horny legends are equal parts powerful, ridiculous, and unforgettable.Some folks call the trope “problematic,” but I’m here to argue it’s one of the funniest, most human parts of anime.
