Happy Sabbath! Shabbat Shalom!
Happy Sabbath! As we gather today, we find solace in the Divine Invitation to rest and reflect. This special day allows us to pause from our hectic lives and immerse ourselves in the nourishing Word of GoD. Just as Christ offers Himself as the Bread of Life, we partake in His teachings, filling our spirits with Hope and Encouragement. In fellowship, we share not just prayers but also the bounty of our Hearts, recognizing that true sustenance comes from both the Spiritual and the Communal.
In these challenging Political times, when many face uncertainties regarding their physical needs, our Prayers extend to those who are struggling. We remember those whose benefits have been cut and who are searching for Solutions amidst adversity. It is our collective rmResponsibility to support one another, fostering a Spirit of Generosity and Compassion. As we reflect on our Blessings, let us be mindful of the Needs of others, offering our Assistance and Love to those who may feel isolated or abandoned in their struggles.
One way we can embody this Spirit of Sharing is through Communal meals, like potlucks, where everyone contributes to a collective Feast. These gatherings not only nourish our bodies but also strengthen our bonds as a Community. They remind us that we are not alone in our journeys. As we break Bread together, we celebrate the abundance that comes from Unity and shared Blessings. Let's embrace this Sabbath with grateful hearts, sharing in both the physical and spiritual meals that bring us closer to each other and to Christ.
Remember feeding of the 5,000 John 6:9-11 "Here is a boy with five small barley loaves and two small fish, but how far will they go among so many? Jesus said, 'Have the people sit down.' There was plenty of grass in that place, and they sat down; about five thousand men were there. Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted. He did the same with the fish."
This passage beautifully illustrates Yeshuas/Jesus' ability to provide abundantly, emphasizing the Miracle of sharing and community. Miracles occur in Diversity. 🙏🥰🐞
