Microsoft is Delivering Xbox Death By 1,000 Cuts and It's Sad to See

Microsoft hates Xbox like no one else. 2025 has been particularly rough on the green brand and their misfortunes continue. The latest discovery is that it is being demanded by the higher ups they produce a ludicrous 30% profit margin, well above industry standard, and it has resulted in budget cuts, layoffs and studio closures. What do they have to show for it? A boss in Sarah Bond who is downplaying a lack of games to push a system, framing exclusivity as antiquated and passe. Instead they are content pushing Game Pass and nothing else. Everything is an Xbox, nothing is an Xbox, your trash can can hold an Xbox.
