A Lot is Arising Within Us - See it With Awareness and Compassion

Trust that this recalibration is taking you in the right direction, but also make sure you don’t take it down an old path. See the old reactions and beliefs arising and let them go with deep awareness and love. Everything you are experiencing has a purpose and it’s all to help you move forward, so trust it deeply, but all from a place of observation and deeper awareness of it all - and always love and compassion.

You might also be having some wild nights with a chattering mind, and that too, is normal. Even some wacky dreams are normal. Because we are clearing and releasing a lot as we sleep! You can even intend this, as I do, because it is A LOT easier to release things at night, even if it means a bit of awake time. I even giggle sometimes when I wake up at night to what feels like an entire conversation happening in my mind that I can’t even understand or track. Leave it alone. Let it be. I often go to the bathroom and come back to bed just to clear it out and get back to sleep. It’s all good though. Remember that. Call on Archangel Zadkiel if needed, as he can help you calm and sleep.

At the same time all this is happening, though, you are also expanding your energy and elevating your vibration. Can you feel it? Everything you are being guided to is often about holding that vibration in certain spaces and for certain people. Trust it all.

We are also being triggered, though, very much on purpose. Will you notice it and shift it? That is the key - not to spin out in an old way - but to breathe and see the underlying old reasons for your fear and reactions and just love yourself more and let it go. To see it with divine loving eyes and an open heart. To stop the old ways of shutting down and self protecting. Staying open, loving, aware and non-reactive.

Give yourself patience and love right now. You won’t be able to figure anything out, and it will drive your ego a bit crazy. It’s divinely designed to help you to surrender! Let go - let nothing freak you out. And if it does, go deeper to see why and release it right away. See that we are merely jumping hurdles as we make our way to the finish line! 😘
