Like I said , I am a beginner at bodybuilding and weightlifting.
smith machine( under a controlled environment) I do these:

flat bench press: 60/ 70 pounds
incline bench press 60/70 pound

-conventional deadlift: 285

-sumo deadlift: 200pd

-snatch grip deadlift: 110 pounds

-top goal for conventional deadlift : 300 pound hopefully in 2026

-Conventional squat: 110 pounds

-free weighted deadlift: 200 to 250pounds (depends on how I feel)
