Live the Cross

Every day, we pick something up.
Our phone. Our plans. Our pride.
But Jesus said, “Pick up your cross.”
Forgiving when it hurts to.
Loving when you don’t feel like it.
Choosing peace when you could prove your point.
That’s what it means to take up your cross.
It’s daily surrender, not one-time sacrifice.
“If anyone would come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily.” Luke 9:23
Carrying the cross daily means choosing love, peace, and surrender.
