Episode 1299: What does the Bible mean by flesh? Part 2

Hello everyone. In this morning's Bible study we continue our journey through the seven churches of Revelation and the letters written by the Lord to each church.

In the church at Pergamos there were some interesting things happening in that city especially with it being the seat of Satan's throne. Of course wherever Satan is there will always be false doctrine.

Where there is false doctrine there are false teachers. Where there are false teachers there will always be deceived people. Where there is deceived people there will inevitably be an avalanche of sins.

That is exactly what was happening in the church at Pergamos, one type of sin after another due to the false teachings of wolves hiding in sheep's clothing. We are warned by the Lord that this will come to pass and how we ought to arm ourselves with the word of God.

If you don't want to be deceived, it is your only defence.
