ALL COMPANY QUARTERLY MEETINGS

Video 597 Every company should be hosting all company quarterly meetings. There is no excuse not to:
1. Set the time and date at least a month out, and send a calendar invite to all employees.
2. Host via video call.
3. HR Opens the meeting, explains why you are having it, and welcome everyone.
4. Go through employee appreciation first.
5. Have the sales leader go over quarterly results.
6. Have the company leader tell everyone where you are at, where you are going, and how you are going to get there together.
